For three days nobody cleant our rooms. And no water in rooms. İnteresting we are staying “HİLTON”...
very unpleasent stay from check in counter (abduleaheem) who changed my reservation when i asked for the duty manger they told me he was not available and will not be for tonight even by phone!!
Tha cup of tea is good choice , the cooked vegetables are good also .. and the yogurt with fruits is so delicious ???? i am glad for that.

فندق اكثر من رائع من الاستقبال للفيو تبع الغرفه للفطور للنظافه والديكورات والريحه الحلوه وفي الفطور الي يحب الشاي حليب يطلب شاي أسلم ????????الباصات كل الوقت امام الباب رايح جاي تنزل بقرب دار التوحيد

الطريق للحرم ليس مثل كونراد او ريجنسي فيه نزلة بدرح كهربائي والمشي عبر مرتفع مما يجعله متعب لكبار السن والاطفال وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه لكن يوجد خدمة باص ترددي للحرم
الفندق نظيف وريحته لطيفة والنقل الترددي رهيب ومتوفر طوال٢٤ ساعة
بصراحه فندق يستاهل المبلغ جبل عمر مقابل الحرم
الفندق جميل ومرتب النزلة للحرم سهلة بس الصعود صعبة شوي اذا ماعندك لياقة مرتفع بسيط

Beautiful hotel. I liked the design. It’s so close the the Holy mosque. The rooms are neat. But still needs care and cleaning. So much finger prints on glass and furniture. - Reem -
