Fast, and great taste. The hot is medium in most places. Don't be afraid to crank it up! Try the rice bowl with pork and don't say no to the Kimchi .
The kimchi quesadilla was so Savory good. Definitely loved the sour cream + Sriracha with it!
In Portland, some of the best food comes from "carts" or "trucks ". Koi Fusion is a popular one you may see--it's Korean/Mexican fusion, like Kogi in LA.
Tacos are both cheap and delicious! Burritos are huge and dense. Not too tasty though.
Holy lackluster kimchi ! But for $1 I guess I can't complain... That said, the short rib taco is balanced, refreshing, and delightful

went to their "pop-up" restaurant in the pearl and had a delicious ginger infused vodka cucumber drink with kimchi quesadillas !
