They have a spice bar (not sure what they call it). If you just need a little bit of something you can buy what you need rather than the whole bottle.
I do all my shopping here even if it's a bit out of the way. Never crowded , great selection of gluten free and vegetarian food . I love it here!!

Great prices on some things: squash , cilantro , some other produce. Horribly overpriced on others: lemongrass is $3 more per pound than WF, supplements 20-25% more. Caveat emptor.
Great sandwich counter. Outside seating at surrounding businesses to sit and eat your meal.
Goes out of stock on the sale produce quicker than the other Sprout location. Early bird gets the worm!
