Loved the Palace Chicken with Pickled Chili (4002), which was sweet not spicy. Also the claypot vegetable thing called Delight with Yam etc (4200). Cute decor too. - Martin Smith
四川酒家建于1959年，作为南京解放后少有的几大川菜馆之一，那时候，说四川酒家是南京餐饮的大哥大都不为过，新人们结婚，不是去四川酒家，就是去大三元，或者南京饭店，这是几个最有档次的地方。让南京人脍炙人口的一批传统名菜：毛血旺、怪味鸡丝、麻辣牛肉、陈皮鸡块、樟茶鸭子、千烧鱼等。到现在，四川酒家仍是南京经营川菜最大的饭店。四川酒家也保留了一些淮扬经典菜，其中“炖生敲(鳝鱼)”有300多年历史。 - njhuar
