Super love the bed! The restaurant list that you can get from the reception for delivery is sooooo funny! Domnoz Bitza, Bitza Hat etc... See it urself ;)

The hotel is a bit vintage look and feel, wonderful experience with the staff friendly , helpful, cooperative and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and felt homely.

Hotel under staffed, so you feel they are under pressure all the time .. reception lake of professionalism.. bed is good but path not clean ..

Cheese cake is so good,must try :)

I'm not happy with the room service at all !! It spoused to be 2 ???????? instead of 5 ..... This comment has been made after visiting the hotel for 4 times in different date & time ...

It's not a five star hotel when you don't have good room service . I don't advise it.

Very depressing hotel ....food is mediocre and they dont even supply bedroom slippers. So below par compared to other Le Meridiens around the world.

Unfortunately the standard is degrading and food quality is not the one you expect from 5 star hotel .

Worst hotel ever I , food ,cleanliness,water pressure,shower , air conditioning very bad , old rooms and the furniture is expired,

Better just sleep. The bed is nice, but the environment totally suck! So quiet !! More like a graveyard than a hotel . ;p

الفندق بعيد جداً عن الحرم ، و المغسلة ماهي شغالة بعد الساعة ٨ المساء.... حجم الجناح رائع و كويس لكن الثلاجة فاضية و في إصلاحات خلف الفندق و الأصوات عالية جداً... الاكل عندهم كويس في الغرفة و الفطورضعيف

جميل ، الموظفين ليسوا بالمستوى المطلوب فندق خمس نجوم بأسعار عالية يلزم وجود موظفين بخبرة عالية . كما أن الغرف غير مزودة بإنترنت مجاني كما هو موضوح بالإعلانات (الإنترنت بتكلفة ٧٥ ريال سعودي)

جميل و رايق .. لجيل الثمانينات و السبعينات .. يستعيدون به الذكريات القديمة مع نظافة بشكل عام .. و لو انه بالامكان ان يكون افضل مما كان و لكن يحتاج جهود عظيمة

الهوتيل جميل وهادئ جداً وهذا افضل ما يميزه قضيت ليلتين جميلتين في الحقيقه! افطارهم جيد لكن في بعض الاجبان غير طازجه ربما لتعرضها للهواء لوقت طويل!

الفندق جميل وهادئ والغرف واسعة ورحبة والأثاث كلاسيكي جميل ولكن تأكد من عدم استلام غرفه قريبة من قاعات الزواجات!

سعرهم مناسب و خدمتهم ممتازة و عندهم باص يوصل من الفندق للحرم و العكس ( أوقات محددة)

هنا تزوج نصف اهل المدينة - قاعة افراح الطيبين

حلو الهدوء في هذا الفندق ومكانه رايق وبعيد عن زحام المنطقة المركزيه.

الفندق لايستحق ان يصنف من فئة ٥ نجوم. موظفي الفندق يسمعوا بشي اسمه customer service . أيضا لايوجد انضباطية في مواعيد الشتل الناقل من الفندق الى الحرم !!

قريب من مسجد القبلتين و يبعد عن الحرم حوالي ٢٠دقيقة بالسيارة

فندق وسيع وبعيد عن وسط المدينة وهادىء جدًا والاكل فيه وسط

البوفيه المفتوح اكله بارد وغير قابل للأكل

حاليا لحضور برنامج تنمية الموارد البشرية بعنوان تعزيز الموارد البشرية ...
