Yes, it is the best hotel in Osaka but the hotel is way too big, way too crowded so it does, sort of, lose the "swissotel" feeling. At some point i felt like an Ibis or Novotel

窓からの景色 も含め何から何まで快適 ！特にベッドと掛け布団がむちゃくちゃ気持ちがいい。2泊とも眠るつもりがなかったのに、気づいたら落ちていた。

위치가좋고 교통이 편리하다. 웬만한 오사카관광지는 걸어서 다닐수있다는게 무엇보다 큰장점. 하지만 프론데스크의 서비스는 일본같지않게 너무 딱딱하고 친절하지않다. 일찍 도착해 얼리첵크인을 원하면 다른호텔들은 되도록 해주나 여기는 엄청 까다롭게하며 잘 안해줌
