one of the best hotel in Medina.. The reception was wonderful with flowers and cold fresh drinks ..

Dislike for rooms windows it can't be open also the Sunshine can't get to your room..!!

They are renovating this hotel , try getting the newer rooms. Good proximity to mosque and amenities are great.

Location is nice, AC is perfectly cold, beds are comfy , but some bathrooms need updating.Our room had a nice view .House keeping were very professional.

Close to the mosque and little shops. But be weary with the elevators . Waiting for them can take hours especially during rush.

فندق رائع بكل المقاييس واستغرب انه اربع نجوم فقط رغم الخدمات المميزه فيه والنظافة وكذلك سرعة الانترنت عكس الفنادق الخمس نجوم حوله استقبلوا عائلتي بالورود وقدموا ثلاجه قهوة وتمر لنا بالغرفة مجاناً

Pertama kali sampai.. klo mau ke masjid , hapalkan jalan hotel ke masjid dgn landmark nama hotel tertentu, krn gedung hotelnya mirip2 semua.

الغرف الغير مجددة رديئة والفرش مهتريء وقذر. لم أتمكن من الحصول على غرفة مجددة. | Rooms non-reconditioned are poor and dirty. I could not get a refurbished room.
