お勧め品は青森直送の鴨 を使った鴨 南ばんと鴨 せいろです。柔らかくて とてもおいしいかも にくです。汁に旨味がにじみ出ますので 汁まで飲み干してください。厳選した玄そば を、毎日石臼 で挽いて香り高いそば を打っています。
鴨 せいろが良い。出てくるのも早い。蕎麦 猪口は頼めば出てくる。
鴨 せいろ絶対だね。 鴨 しゃぶとかも気になるけど、夜、逸品つつきながら呑むのも粋かなと。
