Went with my boyfriend who needed his iPhone screen replaced. Fixed within 30 minutes. Kofi was so helpful--and a great conversationalist. Smooth experience. Still won't switch from Android though.
The briefing room isn't the most exciting until you hear how it was put together. The massive table was lifted in by crane when there was no ceiling (the floor in the main part of the store).
Park in one of the City of Santa Monica parking lots for 1.5 hours free! This Apple Store is BUSY. Wait at the table at the front/center of the store for a sales person when you know what you need!
Vibe very different than old Apple Store on the Promenade. Some of the new staff are very arrogant & act as if they're doing you a favor. I love Apple but will give my biz to the Century City store.
Proud new owner of a MacBook Pro! Customer service is incredible here!!!! Thank you
Be sure to buy One to One with your new computer and be trained in personal sessions w an Apple specialist!
After you visit this store, walk toward the Santa Monica Place to find the future Apple Store under construction . You can't miss it!
Huge Apple Store with friendly / helpful staffs , beautiful glass store!
Apple Store - Third St Promenade is ALWAYS chaos!!! Suggest going to other Apple Store and/or when the first open up - in the middle of the week - when it's raining out - with an appointment scheduled
Once you enter, eye one of the blue people because once they're occupied, they won't help you until they're done. And you NEED them to check out of the store.
For those travelling without a computer, this is the best and possibly only internet cafe in town .
Large modern store, easy to book Genius Bar appointments too!
Genius Bar treated me very well on my two visits. Professional and VERY fast. With an appt, expect wait times up to an hour though. Place is ridiculously busy, and it does smell pretty bad, lol.
Definitely call ahead to make an appointment if you need the Genius Bar . This store is always busy.
It is still my favorite Apple Store. Everyone is so helpful.
Love the green energy only, don't love how hot it is in there????
This store has a glass roof. Beautifully hot inside.
If you know what you want, just walk in, look to the right and ask them to sell it to you. Otherwise, expect to have to crowd surf to find anything!
Make an appointment ahead of time and arrive 5 minutes early for a smoother experience. Also, you can pick up large purchases at the back door in the alley
A lot of people! Service= Fast & Modern. LIKED IT!
The Apple 3rd Street Promenade store is one of just a few in USA with an in-store theatre set up for training classes
Beautiful place! The location is awesome
This is by far the best apple store i came across so far.
Always very crowded and the staff and it feels understaffed. Eventually you get help though and people seem knowledgable . Your average Apple Store I guess.
Amazing new store. Great service, very kind & helpful staff .
Just left the Apple Store in Manhattan Beach , it has jumped the retail shark. What an absolutely horrible experience. I think I was helped by the manager. she should go back to Macy's.
Beautiful and spacious Apple store.
For Los Angeles this apple store fit the theme. Very big and very cool.
Everytime a workshop or coding classes are being held here
I was at the Genius Bar getting help with my Apple ID and after 40 min. the Genius Bar guy said he couldn’t stay any longer w/me because he had to help other customers and left without fixing my issue
Don't come here- it's like the DMV. Definitely going to drive out of my way to go to a different Apple Store in the future.
The new button on white looks cheap .
Great service, friendly and helpful staff !
Always too busy. Lots of employees around who never actually help
If you're looking for the Genius Bar find someone holding an iPad.
The old Promenade Borders Books store has been torn down. Apple is now building their new Promenade store here.
Nice helpful staff
Giant store. Air smells so much fresher than in the store on 5th Ave in NYC.
The (APPLE) RED Smart Cover for your iPad is here. Choose the (APPLE) RED Smart Cover and Apple gives a portion of the proceeds to help fight AIDS.
Nice Apple Store
I don't like the staff here - most Apple Stores are amazing but the people here seem reluctant to help.
Best store and helpful staff
Choose the (PRODUCT) RED iPod nano & Apple gives a portion of the proceeds to help fight AIDS in Africa. It costs the same as all the others!
Buy everything! You won't be disappointed whatever you choose.
open later on weekends, but you have to make an appointment for to see a Genius Read more
Very helpful and friendly staff
Very courteous and helpful staff .
Nice selection of accessories .
The staff is nice
A very busy store but efficient.
so many stores! different price ranges, but interspersed among great outdoor spaces. very good food court and seating. - nikki
Best coffee in town for a chain. Sit outside with the fire pits after a day at the beach. - Sandi Boudreau
Love the chai! And the refreshers. Very friendly workers. But there is usually a long line, so get there early! - Lily Jarquin
Nice place especially at night too many great restorant with delicious food it's haily recommended - ayman twj
My usual goto. Sure, you have to have a reservations. Sure, you have to wait anyway. But the kids are always happy here and the staff rules. - Jesse Fuller
The street is very good for shopping and walking , everything was nice there :) - Saud'????????
Beautiful scenery, generally very clean, toilets and an easy walk from parking near Third Street or off the PCH. - Katherine Coles
