You need to queue for both ordering And collecting a passport however the office does open usually Half an hour before they serve customers so get there for 9.

Don't bother getting here before 9am, they won't let you wait inside even though all the doors are open...

Don't make plans for the rest of the day. These guys are so slow they make other public administrators look like Olympians.

Use the post instead

Utterly pathetic and slowest, least competent people I've ever seen. If a business ran like this it would close in a week. Disgraceful - waiting for hours.
