Nice location in a more residential type setting. Subway is right outside , and it is within walking distance of Wall Street area. Check out ghostbusters headquarters a couple if blocks away.

Excellent location for exploring lower Manhattan, especially SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. Subway station is right outside . When exiting, go towards Beach Street exit and hotel is to the left.
