Love Steak & Shake , hate this one. Took 15 min. to get our drinks. Wasn't even busy. Very dirty . People came in after us and rec'd their drinks way before we did. We had soda . They had milkshakes .
Apparently this Steak n Shake has never had a Sunday before and doesn't know how to handle a rush. Waited 20 minutes and walked to Burger King.

What a joke. Ordered 2 shakes , 20 minute wait. They were not busy. And even worse, the shakes were totally melted and they "forgot they ran out of whip cream ." Last time I go to Steak 'n Shake!
