The women spa is amazing. They have a good salon and atmosphere. Theres even a ice room next to the sauna

The gym section is pretty good, but there is no repairing on the lockers , shower place & toilets at least every 3-4 months Like every thing in this country that start very good does not last forever????

The trainers are welcoming and workout classes are good. It's a good place to workout not to relax.

Worst service ever, I had to book from the men's spa ! I wanted the head back and Shoulder massage and she didn't even spend a minute doing my head. No privacy, she opened the door while I'm changing.

The lockers , changing rooms and toilets needs urgent maintenance, the towels they provide are tired and needs to be changed.

I would rather go to Bahrain. They are not professional as they staff were fighting about needing as break.:/

You have to be aware it's not up to a 5 stars hotel standard, the front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional.

المكان مرتب اما كخدمات للاسف زبالين باختصار لان مستوى الي يشتغلون تعبان جدا وغير احترافين ولا سعر مرتفع.. المساج سيء والحمام مغربي اسوء والصالون كقص شعر جدا سيء .. باختصار خسارة وقت وخسارة فلوس
