If you would like milk in your coffee and they say "we only have cream so you will need to purchase a milk separately" suggest they use the milk option from the hot chocolate machine.
Drive thru sucks because of the idiots that drive around the line to get to the outside and be next in line . Common courtesy says wait your turn jack wagon!!
