Definitely you have to come here if only you’re looking forward for a crazy night. Drinks are not that cheap . But this is a great place to hangout.
I wonder why are there so many Tom's Bars in Vietnam (referring to Tom & Jerry) Bit pricey compared to the service. Next time I'd rather choose the Hill Station next door with big beer variety.

BEST place to go in Hanoi after midnight. Super loud but drinks are fairly cheap and it's really fun. Lots of foreigners. Even music. Definitely a rager. - Kong Pham
