Beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly staff , all good except for coackroaches (4 in one night!) and an AC that went kapputt at 3AM. Good service though. They fixed it. Ask for the room to be sprayed.
The view is probably the best thing at this hotel . Gives you access to Moods beach which is quite close, a 10 minute walk.

All hotels in el gouna pay the money back if u make reservation by mistakenly or change your plans on same day, but this one is rude and pathetic, no communicaton, dont go there

It's a wonderful place where you can relax all day. Good food with a good mood. Also a good beach with big pillows on the water and a nice view. Place 2 be if you want to chill - Laurence
