Being a lover of spices, I picked the tantanmen. Very authentic and the noodles has a good texture and after taste. Tantanmen = Spicy Goodness! Arigato Gozaimas!

Nice ramen and gyosa : personally I find the Akamaru (赤丸) here much better than the version in Hong Kong Ippudo. The white one tastes more similar

Nice ramen place , English menu. Staff a bit weird but service is quick. They have a basic option of the ramens which doesn’t include the egg and the seaweed , go for the extras! Good gyoza .

If you like Tonkotsu style (Pork bone soup ) - I found that Ippudo is, by far, the tastiest Hakata Tonkotsu shop chain. Try the Akamaru .

平日でも、昼12時過ぎや夜の18時過ぎからなど、いい時間にはあっという間に行列 ができる大人気店。行くときは早めに行くなど時間をずらした方がいいかも ・・・

昼のランチや夕食 でも行列 は覚悟はするべし。ローテーションは早いはずなのであんまり待たずに入れる。白丸→赤丸と続けてくるほうが吉
