Rühmatreeningud Meie spordiklubi rühmatreeningud aitavad parandada üldist vastupidavust ja põletada kaloreid, arendada koordinatsiooni ja lihasvastupidavust. Treeningud kestavad 40-60 minutit ning koosnevad soojendus- ja põhiosast ning venitusharjutustest.
