The environment is good, it's windy and a great place to just chill . There's also a swimming pool !
It's surprisingly quiet up here,windy and good view . It's nice for a quiet conversation say an awkward date. Those looking for a lively party bar ,look elsewhere. No live band nor liquor . Wtf?

Excellent location. Car park in basement has guard. You can park there and walk to all the great food and dim sum. Can even walk to Novotel. Rooms are renovated and clean. - ND1
