Ruang Thong Thai Cuisine is one of the most authentic yet cheapest Thai food in Auckland. They don't do Kiwi spicy , they do real That spicy ! The most popular stall, and have won multiple awards!
Sushi bar simply has the best sushis in Auckland. Does not look fancy but out beats others in taste. BTW the owner also owns the more upmarket Parnell Japanese restaurant opposite Mink. Try them.
Excellent won ton noodle soup at the scungy-looking "Chinese Cuisine " joint by the door upstairs.

Won ton & roast pork noodle soup from Chinese Cuisine is the best and the sushi from Sushi Bar Salmon is always made fresh. Big sushi , great taste only $9.00.

Char Keow Teow from Malaysia Singapore Delight is nice so is the Laksa fried rice .
Korean here is pretty good, try the sizzling BBQ pork and fried dumplings
New Mexican place is pretty good - try the carnitas or nachos

The Thai garlic , pepper chicken was bland. Did not have the freshness of Thai, tasted more like Chinese chowmein and the sauce was very watery.
