If you get a venti refresher, ask for less ice so that you actually get more beverage than the grande.
If they get your order wrong, yell them and they will make up for it. Sometimes with free stuff .
Occasionally they make the coffee too weak, but such a convenient location!
Ask for your drink extra hot !
