Ask for their special cocktail with gin . It's very good and beautiful. Also, the night I stayed there, the bar on the other side had live jazz performance which was quite good. Overall very nice place

Cute famous place in Taormina, with great position and nice view ! Great ice-cream! Regarding prices - in Italy (especially) you should be prepared to pay for everything: position, view , "coperto".. ;)
The only one thing that's left from the golden age of that coffee/bar is the beautiful view !Unfortunately everything else is disaster(service,menu,aperitivo )Quality is too low and is a tourist trap!
Go for a coffee at 10 pm. Very good athmosphere.

J’y ai goûté le Granite-Brioche, l ’une des spécialités de la Sicile. Délicieux. Fragile et Mandorla. Et la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer et l ’Etna.

Il mio è uno "sconsoglio" circa il gelato ...la vista sempre spettacolare.

Di buono ci sono vista e location che 'giustificano' i prezzi, ma la scarsa qualità dei prodotti (aperitivo con olive e crostini secchi e vecchi) e la scortesia del personale non sono giustificabili.
