Fagotellli Carboara was the best dish I've had in quite sometime. When the waiter describes it as an 'explosion in your mouth', they are not lying! Amazing.
What would you expect from a Michelin star chef ? Recommend the taster menu, a little bit of all sorts; perfect if you haven't had the pleasure.... Certainly recommend Gusto at the Conrad hotel
