Has a glassed-in room with completely open ceiling where smokers can smoke. I love this concept! And did I mention that it has a bookstore downstairs and the cafe includes book menus?

Perfect place to go study. The whole ambiance is soothing and the art is just wow. Not to mention the cute snacks you can nibble on while you read a book or study.

Akanat is one of the nicest places in the center of Yerevan just to sit and work in an inspiring atmosphere enjoying a super tasty floral tea !

Akanat cake was indeed excellent, as was the sprout (ծիլով) salad . I also love that they have a glass-enclosed room for smokers. Inside is all non-smoking (big thumbs up!)

One of the best tea places in Yerevan, but it's not good if you want to do here a work connected with Internet.
