great re-purposing of an old electricity building into a design boutique hotel . luxurious rooms , awesome views of Knysna - but Thesen Island itself is a surreal utopia. Look elsewhere for real life.
We stayed 4 nights at the Turbine Hotel on Thesen Island , Knysna, Nice rooms, a fantastic ambience, super breakfast and a friendly and welcoming team.
Such a rad little hotel . The staff were awesome, the rooms were comfy and luxurious , and the Island Cafe and Tapas bar are great. Oh and the breakfast 's are epic. Highly recommended.
About the carrot cake : one cannot refresh old cake by microwaving it for a few minutes. The cake was sent right back. The maitre d admitted it "had been there for a while" ????????????

Take a camera for this one! The architecture is mind blowing! Service is fantastic. Rooms are very well furnished and comfortable with absolutely stunning veiws!

Beautiful interior , amazing lunches , and breakfasts and definitely a refreshing dinner venue.
Excellent kudu and beetroot carpaccio starter and ravioli filled with roast butternut and goats cheese for main.
This hotel is definitely original but lacks of qualitative interior design especially in the rooms. Not a 5 stars hotel or services. I expected something alike their advertising. That's a pity.

التشيز كيك عندهم بطل بطل بطل. وجلساته حلوه وخفيفة غير مزعجه.
مرتبين وديكور مميز وقريب من ووتر فرونت نايزنا لكن الفندق فيه كآبة مدري ليه، والستاف مافيهم لطافة . ما أرجع له.
الصراحه عجبني الديكور و الموقع .. لكن الستاف سيء جداً الطلب ياخذ نص ساعه كان في سيرفس او مطعم !!
