Lovely breakfast , lovely staff , thanks for complementary wifi in lobby, Aldi, Sainsbury stores nearby makes stay more awesome. Don't forgot gym facilities especially Steam Bath

Good hotel with helpful staff . A couple of points worth noting. First the pool is associated with a connecting health club making it not particularly family friendly . Second the wifi is over priced.

Easy access to all London attractions . Rooms are decent

Join Marriott's reward program. Even if you don't book through Marriott, give them your account number at check-in and they'll give you the passcode for free in-room wifi .

Good enough hotel with 24h free beverages and an amazing afternoon lounge service (you can basically have your dinner here complimentary ).

It is a hotel they can say it's overloaded so they do not have any available room even you have a valid reservation !!!

Underground station and overground within walking. Overground two stops and you hit euston station

The Wifi is ridiculiusly expensive but you can get around it by signing up for Boingo for just £9.99 for a whole month. Cheaper than one day of internet through the hotel .

there is no level of service here. No empathy, no willingness to help guests who need help. Service level definitely needs improvement. Considering not to stay here again.

OMG. My room reeked of BO and curry . Opened all the windows all night and froze my ass off but smell never went away. Terrible location but rates are cheap for London.

Está muy descuidado el hotel . La alfombra del cuarto manchada y las paredes también. No es nada económico En dos semanas uno de los elevadores nunca funcionó y el restaurante la verdad caro y malo.
