Don't be afraid to address any issues you have with service. It's been my experience that they will go out of your way to make sure guests leave happy- and return.

If no one is at the front greeters station, you may have to walk around looking for staff .. But even with four people at the desk they may studiously not make eye contact .. You have to speak up

If you want a table in the lounge on game day, you might have to fight the "preferred" customers who get their tables reserved .

Food was good, but wifi wasn't working: all their passwords had expired. (Huh?!) Would be a smaller issue if I hadn't specifically asked about wifi before getting a table. Got an apology and a shrug.

This place always seems to have the worst service ever. If you eat here be sure you have lots of time before your next destination.

Our server left without telling us or another server. We ended up just walking out after waiting for our food or someone to acknowledge us for 20 minutes.
