The pieces are there to carve out a really interesting place, but Wilshire still feels unrefined. The menu is entirely too long and unfocussed. When they decide what they're good at, I'll visit again

Soto is nice.. but the Chocolate Souffle was a disaster.. The top was not crispy at all, and when I put my spoon through, there was absolutely nothing in the middle!
The food is quite tasty. Try the Urban Fried Rice .
The Sauteed Escargot on truffles is delishhh!!
