豆腐 の水分を抜いて作られる豆干は大渓の特産品 。形状・食感・味付けは様々ですが、このお店の大きな長方形のものがとくに美味しかった。はんぺんに近いけどさらにみっちりむっちりした食感で日本人なら絶対好きな味だと思います！

My favorite place for tofu pudding. Located inside the Daxi multipurpose stadium. Get it hot or cold. Love their Q圓, taro balls and sweet potato balls. Cash only. Can get it to go. - eifeh
