Library is always the best kept secret. This one is no exception. Great facilities. Free for public . Books can be borrowed for 3 wks. There's a separate children's section, which has many good books .

Good facilities and you can bring a bag inside unlike other public libraries that do not allow which is a ridiculous rule.

Spacious . Lots of places to read and study . However, air conditioning system is down at the moment. Kinda too warm.

A good place to study except the early closing hour and the fact that some facilities ie toilets are poorly maintained. More tables are desired.

level 4 is more privacy. free wi-fi is available too in the whole building. just ask the circulation counter for username & password

Outside the cafe , there is a sign saying 'No Smoking' but I wonder why are there many people smoking outside the cafe ?
