if you need any help from the trainers there you have to pay extra 200 Rials.... they neer help you unless you get them as a personal trainers .... good facilities in the gym though

Best gym I've seen in Oman. They have a nice variety of equipment.

Good gym but avoid high peak hours you won't be able to train

After expansion the gym looks better and more machines were added. but lack of hygiene. the utility staff of the gym giving less awareness for the utilized machines and sweats over it.

They are lying about 24/7 working hours... Friday early morning it is closed. I tried 4:30 am and again at 6am but it was closed.

Sadly u can only workout freely after 12 during Ramadan, every one comes to the gym after taraweeh prayer
