札幌駅南口地下にあるJRタワーを構成するショッピングモール の一つ。札幌地下歩行空間ともさっぽろ駅を介して接続しているので大通、すすきの方面からもそのまま入れます。
前身は「札幌ステーションデパート 」と「札幌駅名店街」という 2 つの地下街。
飲食店 は基本的に混んでいる。
アピア地下のラーメン屋 さん3軒のなかでは一番人気(ひとけ)あり。札幌ラーメン 950円。
