The friendly & accommodating staff makes up for the amenities of this standard hotel . The rooms have TVs w/cable, and hot shower is warm. WiFi is not free and mobile data rarely reaches the room.
if staying here during Dinagyang, the noise from the festivities outside can be heard from the street-side rooms. The mobile sound system blasts disco music all the way from 4 am to 11:30 pm.
Our room was dusty when we arrived. Check also the curtains it's already black because of dust. It seems they have not been washed in years. Now, we are all coughing and sneezing because of the dirt.
Nice cozy hotel . One bad thing though, the WIFI isn't free. You have to pay for it. 50 for an hour and 150 for the whole day

People here are very nice, food is affordable but they're okay, and rooms are cozy if you are not very picky.
