I'm convinced this is the best takoyaki balls in Osaka - thin, crisp shell break open to liquid mash-like insides.
Can be a bit of a wait, since each order is 9 pieces. Options are also listed in English, Chinese and Korean.

Long line with tourists during the evening as they are located on the Dōtonbori. The takoyaki are big but not crispy and undercooked. They were rushing to get every order out as fast as possible.
