I've been bringing my doggie to Banfield since he was a baby, and we've never had problems with Banfield or Petsmart. Educated employees, caring doctors . Love this place.

Store Manager banned the adoption partners from coming on the weekends, this was an amazing opportunity to get pets adopted . Please don't shop here if you care about saving the lives of homeless pets .

Poorly organized , usually out of what you need. Employees are uneducated about products and services offered, do your homework before you shop here, or get your pet supplies online or elsewhere.
PetSmart prices are way to high!
Don't buy the Puppy Starter Kit it's a rip off and don't use Banfield . Make sure you do your research because the employees and managers are clueless when it comes to recommendations.
