Not the biggest shopping centre in the UK, but it's perfect for Poole. Clean & tidy with plenty of places to shop. Could do with a few more places to sit for the elderly/disabled. Nice place to go.
If you want to go when it's relatively quiet , go on weekday mornings OR weekend afternoons if it's sunny and hot, as most people will be at the beach . However it will be busy on winter weekends.

Free wifi available, sign up is a pain but if you're a regular visitor it's worth it as its a bit faster thank 3G
