At first glance it looks just awesome from both inside and outside in particular. The overall design and architecture is really distinguished from same-class hotels I've visited.

Good hotel with good breakfast but it can be better.i don't understand how it got 5 star with this terrible lobby. They don't send iron to the room.

Best location at Tabriz,warm and welcoming staff , nice view , but rooms are not well decorated and Breakfast wasn’t acceptable.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Tabriz , but I think the stars given to it isn’t real. All the dishes they serve is really ordinary without any special taste.

It was one of the acceptable hotels in tabriz but recently the management made a change in pricese but there is no difference between old days and now and because of that it rate will be downgraded

It is geeting old and govermental management is always week.

کاملا بازسازی شده.منظره اتاق های رو به شهرش قشنگه و برخورد کارکنانش خوبه.فقط صبحانه ش مثل بقیه چیزاش نیست و اینکه اگر با ماشین شخصی نرید تو رفت و آمد اذیت میشید.سرویس ایرانی هم نداره متاسفانه.

هتل خوبيه و شايد بهترين هتل تبريز . طبيعت و درختاي دورش شايد زيباتر و دلنشين ترش كرده???? اما كافي شاپ ش در نوع خود يك فاجعه است

به لحاظ ظاهري قطعا زيباترين هتل شهره و زماني يكه تاز بود تو همه چي از ايرادايي كه ميشه بهش گرفت به نظرم كافي شاپ و صبحونه ضعيفشه

چندين سال پيش هتل خوبي محسوب مي شد اما الان نه!!! تنها نكته مثبت چشم انداز زيباي هتل به پارك ايل گلي هست.

بهترين هتل تبريز . خيلي بهتر از كايا و شهريار با محيطي عالي. يكم كاركنانش بي حوصله هستن

واي به روزي كه تو هتل جشن باشه و شما تو كافي شاپ ، امكان نداره بتوني ماشينتو از پاركينگ در بياري

تنه چيزي كه خوبه ساخت و چشم انداز هتل هستش،در كل قابل قبوله براي يه استراحت خوب .

رستوران هاي خوب و متنوعي داره. كافي شاپش يه فاجعه س. مغازه ها متوسّط.

از لوكس ترين هتل هاي تبريز كه فرم خاصش كنار شاهگلي تركيب جالبي درست كرده.

وسايلاش خيلي قديمي و كهنه شده ... سرويس هم خيلي بد بود

كيفيت فرنيچري كه استفاده شده در سطح اين هتل نبود، كه احتمالا از ضعف مديريت باشه.

هتل خوبيه . فقط كاش پرسنلش بيشتر از لبخندهاشون استفاده كنند.
