I have never seen such a setup were the huge air conditioning units installed inside and the place is more like a mill or a factory . Noise at its peak

Too noisy with the kids play section right next to where people dine.. Pizza hut on union place has a better setup where the kids noise won't affect the diners.. KFC Nugegoda is good though.

Never Everr go it is so unhygienic. I bought a 4 piece meal waited for almost 30 mins to give the order. Everyone is jumping the queues . Pathetic . didnt expect more from a franchise of cargills !
