Excellent location in Paseo Maritimo just in front of the yacht pier , you can take buses to everywhere in Palma close to Tryp Bellver, the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms really spacious

Location to port , cathedral and beach ideal. Best part of hotel is most folks have late flights so they have a designated room for people to shower and they'll hold your bags. Go out for breakfast

Good location, Get the Bus behind the hotel , number 3 and you will be on the paradise. Regarding the Hotel , Wi-fi is very good and also the rooms are fine, get the high floors.

Good hotel in the middle of Palma de Mallorca. Very clean and modern place. But the rooms are old fashioned.

Nice clean hotel , BUT certainly does not deserve 4 stars. After a long trip from San Francisco, with two large suitcases, they have no porter . The room has 2 small beds, no housekeeping to join them!

Upgrade your room to sea view with 10€...Amazing view . ..I stayed in the 14th floor and the view was breath taking!Buffet was large but not something special to eat...Quantity and not quality!

sea view is great. qty of room is below standard, however usually you are out.

Restaurant food is very disappointing. Does not deserve a 4 star rating in my opinion. Thank goodness only booked B&B will be eating out elsewhere.

Hotel situado en el paseo maritimo. Habitaciones amplias y reformadas!! Personal muy amable y dispuesto. Desayuno bueno y la carta del restaurante apetecible. Recomiendo pollo al curry o hamburguesa .

Esta genial!! Reserva una habitación vista mar o una Premium;merece la pena por un poquito mas. El personal es muy amable...como en casa!!

En las habitaciones no hay wifi, va con cable... no sé si habrá adsl o será con un modem de 54k...

No se si es por los conductos del aire acondicionado pero la habitación huele a cloaca.. no me ha pasado otras veces..

Decadente. Aunque el personal se esfuerza por agradar al huésped.
