I guess what makes the mofongo “special” is the bits and pieces of “cuerito”(pork rind) that are well seasoned and crispy . The portion is big enough. The price was moderate for the quantity.
All the meat that they grill is excellent. The mash plaintain ( Mofonfo) are the best in Cupey.
