Comfortable but too crowded sometimes. Food served there has always been tasty. Wish they had water bottles too. Free wifi (get password from front desk).

If you have a MasterCard (Platinum & above), this is the best place, to chill out ! The Visa lounge (Carnations) is not as buzzing & has very limited platter

Priority Pass customers get in for free and a +1 is allowed, the lounge serves medium trade food but has lots of options for beer and drinks too

If you find the lounge full and if you are BA silver or above, irrespective of the airline you're flying, the BA lounge will welcome you with better options and much more space!

Keep your pocketbooks within the bend of the elbow or wrap it around or keep them on your lap while dining and sitting at a common place.

Certain mastercards get you free access to the lounge . Decent food n free WiFi .

The lounge is a disgrace but it does have ok-ish wifi , password is clipper2013

Even the so called "First Class " section is bad. Marginally less busy, and they will bring seats for you, but nothing to make you feel better after the madness of immigration during peak hours .

Better than the ashtray that is the Celebrations lounge at the other end but still pretty awful for a lounge being offered for Virgin Upper Class passengers. Disappointing.

Food is OK. Concentrate on drinks n you won't worry about the food.only master card works here if you don't have the voucher from airlines .

Don't expect to find seats here if travelling during peak hours , as all airlines use this facility. Many passengers tend to grumble about it, when they are themselves to blame.

Mosquito filled, disgusting food , roaches crawling on food counter, filthy restrooms . It is a shame for cheap greedy airlines to refer premium passers to this place!!!

One of the worst Airport lounges I have ever seen.. Bad food bad service and no comfort.. The sitting chairs are very uncomfortable and the food menu is worse then a street side restaurant ...

Worst lounge -'ve ever been to! Food looks very bad - from the day before - wi-fi connection requires you to send sms (what about non-phone devices??) And its so dark you cant even read your book .
