These place has improved a lot..gone its blush ! Cinema..but others remain..miss shoppin for import gds frm cold storage

If you are entitled for subsidized parking , it's about the extra payment you make when you patronize the place 20 days in a month and you realize how much they rip you off in a year

Only 1 set of bathrooms on the entire ground & basement floors—and all of these closed for maintenance. Any wonder that everyone despises this malls management?!

The management's office hour is til 11pm but most of the time, you can't see a soul after 10.30pm! The patrons are left to their own devices if they have any issue with the parking system

I kinda like grocery shopping here. At this time of writing, the range here is wider and better than Gurney Plaza 's cold storage ...with less people too...

Leo books on 1st flr is excellent. Good selection (esp fantasy) & great deals for 2nd hand books .

It's not about the extra amount you pay. It's about penalizing the patrons for the management's inability to execute their job in a professional manner

The basement carpark payment machine only accepts old notes.

Do not park in basement carpark . 1. The machine doesn't take coins 2. It accepts ONLY exact notes 3. It accepts ONLY old RM1 notes.

My dad said this is a fail building shopping mall because it's small!

Shadow of its former self since shutdown of cinema on top floor.

Worst mall management imaginable. Parking machines consistently overcharge (why don't police break up this racket?), only receive old currency, & management has a rich record of driving stores off!

The place under going some massive renovation...not many stores are in business now.

A lot of shops moved out and empty.

Island plaza was the gurney plaza of back then, now it's just a ghost town :(
