Simply a superb stay 11/10. One of the best services and attention to detail out of all hotels in Japan. Very accomodating to your needs, butler service is excellent and breakfast is amazing!

Main entrance is on the side street, and tourists could access the side street all the way to Shinsaibashi covered pedestrian mall to reach Doutonbori and Namba

A very decent hotel , located close to the shinsaibashi district. Try out the la veduta italian restaurant its really good!

Amazing beautiful hotel . Not the most convenient location but has great views and friendly staff . Wifi is fast. Rooms are huge. One of the cheapest St. Regis I've stayed in!

Hands down best hotel in Osaka . Butler service is great, breakfasts are delish and plentiful, rooms are very modern and lush. Only downside-no pool, but didn't bother us at all.

Most cab drivers still don't know about this hotel . Porte-cochere is one street back the main road on a side street.

誕生日である事を伝えておいたらケーキ のサービスがありました。バトラーさんが3人係りで????を持ってお祝いに。3人係りできてくれたホテル なんて始めてで感動しました。

化粧水なのどのお泊まりセット、パジャマも頼めまあります！ただ在庫的にワンサイズしかなくて背の高い男性は小さいと思います。お部屋にはなぜが浴衣が…クリスマス時期にはデコレーションもホテル の雰囲気にピッタリでまるで海外にいるみたい！

방-good/ 조식-good/ 가격대비 경쟁력- 80점/ 저녁엔 1층 프랑스 식당/ 저식 뷔페 하는곳은 이탈리아 레스토랑으로 변함/

2012年12月14日から朝食 のメニューに変更がありました！！今までのメニューに加えて、魚 、肉 、豆腐 ステーキ 、等々、、、。サラダ 類は品数が減ったけどメイン メニューが増えた事は改善っす^^;

ウエスティンよりも格段にサービスが良いです。ホテル 内に一歩入ると異空間が広がります。駅直結なのもよいです。バトラーサービス は大いに利用 すべきです。

viewバスのコーナールームがお薦めです。入浴剤が欲しいときはバトラーさんにお願いすると持ってきてくれます。

やっぱり落ち着きますね。日本人には馴染みないですがバトラーサービス は利用 すると止められなくなります。SPG-Pの方には特にお薦めです。

ウエスティンのヘブンリーベッドよりも寝やすかった Zz(´-ω-`*)お部屋は50平米位

標準的なお部屋で正規料金、76000円 高さ規制のある御堂筋沿いでは珍しく、130mからの眺望が素敵！
