Clean but very basic. Crack in the sink, two lights not working and dodgy tv . Ask for a quiet room as trains are very close and run all night. Staff very pleasant though, & ideal location.

The hotel building is a square shape and the rooms facing into the 'square' are a lot quieter . Also there is a loading zone outside if you are arriving outside of rush hours.

Breakfast kids eat free. Also all you can eat for 5gbp. No cooked selection. Not as good as travelodge royal scot for breakfast (just around corner)

Very close to King 's Cross/St. Pancreas Station - the bustling bar can make for a noisy night if room is on the back side

Try to get on the top floor of you are out the back or the trains will keep you awake. Apart from that great location

Pleasant stay. So close to Kings Cross, perfect for getting settled quick! Small bar but pleasant. Also, very comfy bed !

Choo choo is right. Trains pass (under the hotel ) every 10-15 mins all through the night. My room (214) shook whenever a train passed. Dont stay here if you need a good night sleep/are up early.

Bring earplugs , the staff are always friendly , a shame can't be said about the train noise!!

This isn't your hotel . You're booked in at the other travellodge down the street

Trains . Pubs . Thin/rubbish windows. Safety pin replaces bathroom sink plug chain. Water collected in sink and part full when I arrived. Yuk

Don't stay here in Summer. No Airconditioning so had to leave window open. But theirs so much noise from trains and cars just laid awake for seven hours praying for the hell to end.

Ask for a room that doesnt back onto the train tracks . Otherwise bring earplugs ...
