B2Fにあるcafe de MINGUSというカフェ です。雰囲気がとても落ち着きます。中世ヨーロッパのような…カントリーな…感じです。笑
なんばCITY開発事業の立ち上げにはあのセゾングループが絡んでいるらしい。館内に何ヶ所か見られるレンガ作り風の壁や柱は西武新宿駅（新宿プリンス）外観を参考にしたとの情報を見たことありますが真偽は不明。関西には少ないセゾンカードATMも地下2階にあります。
