There is a lot of good equipment in this gym . I go early in the mornings and I rarely have to wait to use anything. There are a lot of gyms closer to where I live but its worth making the drive for.

Definately gotta try the Yoga classes !! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm, Gets the blood pumping and your body moving.. Stay for the final relaxation, its pretty awesome.

Come early and bring your I Pod. Not playing any music this early. Lots of talkers. But no wait for anything!

I always go on my lunchbreak and it's never crowded . Just me and the scary buff dudes recreating a prision yard in the free weight section. After 5 it's slammed and the machines are TOO CLOSE.

Get a massage upstairs! Great prices & even better therapists !! I know, I'm one of them!

Don't come here before noon unless you like working out with a retirement community that fills every machine..

Chick running the front desk is quite rude in person and on the phone. I joined another gym .

better hit the gym in early am or after 9pm for a less crowed exp

6pm-8pm is busy time.. Try coming at an earlier or later time to avoid waiting for machines. However Friday is not busy at all.

Early Saturdays !!! Clear gym floor..
