Watson’s Mill is a unique 1860’s grist and flour mill located in Manotick, on the shores of the Rideau River. A working industrial heritage site in greater Ottawa, it has a remarkable history linked to local politics, the building of a country, and a tragic love story.

Good place to go for a day trip. The staff are very knowledgeable and there is a store there. Top floor is pretty spooky with creaky floorboards but its totally safe!
Nice place to visit for a bit of history.

A quiet park with of course a long storied history. Some gems in there, such as trees planted for state visits of the Kennedy family. A small cricket ground, reminiscent of a long forgotten game here. - Alfred Zfilan
It's a pretty cool sight to watch huge boats rising with the water to go through each lock up the hill to the canal. - Reena B-S
Good Chinese pharmacy across the street. I go there to buy He Shou Wu sometimes. I think it's good for me ! - Tariq Hossenbux
