You shouldn't have to be charged for a double-order of food to get the same amount served at other Chipotle locations. Then they get rude when you ask for more. Place is a rip-off. Avoid if you can.
Lunch lines are long. Order ahead online to skip the line .
Make sure your faxed or online order is correct. They usually messed up about 5% of the orders I have placed
