Local gem of a spot. Unless you know a local you wouldnt find this, but verandah setting& sun in summer is one of the best spots to chill on during the warm months! Garlic bread is chockers with taste

Nice tip system - u kind of go, order and pay for the food urself, but they bring it to u, clean up. So really one might not leave a tip. Similar like in Lido, with a difference where they bring food.

Location is fine. Food does not deserve any rating. Plane , tasteless, cold. Buffalo wings , just the name. Chicken nuggets same as frozen one from supermarket . Grill fish (salmon ) plain. Chips-fat

The food was ok, but not great, drinks were overpriced, 5.50€ for a regular lager is a bit too much, the atmosphere there wasn't that great to pay extra, also the place was full of screaming kids.

There was cocktail hour-2 for 1 but they were not good. Basically just ice, not delicious. Don’t order cocktails when it’s “lucky” hour.

Take some time and relax. Some good white wines and quite fine food.

Hot drink "Dzērvenīte" without any fruits , despite that in Menu it was mentioned to have ones. Service was quite bad, so was meat-grilled hard from sides, not possible to put it on fork.

View does not compensate the ignorant / slow / rude service! Guys from Cabo Cafe please note that 1) soup is a first course and should be serviced first 2) chicken fillet is not the same as shashliki!

Seems that only good thing here is location. Also rude staff , food - not so good at all. No wonder they closed reviews on Facebook - too many low ratings and bad reviews.

Probably the worst service I've encountered in ages. Rude as well . Can't understand any language except Latvian - despite multilanguage menu. Location is good, however. Parking now is 1€/h.

Great location, nice atmosphere, but they were out of a few foods on a Wednesdays evening. A bit disappointed. Not enough staff or not ready for summer?

Nice place near to lake ....But unfortunately the servise is not exist....They dont know whats mean "be fast" :(

If you are hungry and wanna die, come over to Cabo. Waiting time for a meal is up to an hour. Kitchen is terribly slow.
