Small, but very cosy and peaceful . Name comes from the swans in the park . There could be some beggers, but still nice for a break while walking around for shopping.
One park in Ankara, where you can take your kids to play with other kids, while you can enjoy your coffee under the trees . Better to have a bigger park , or many parks like this all around the city
